Who I am …
Bella Clark
I am a Pranic Healing Therapist and Instructor licensed under Les Flitcroft at the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater health, resilience, and happiness.
Through treatments, meditation sessions and courses my mission is to alleviate pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and empower people to live healthier, more balanced lives both personally and professionally.
After a career in film and fashion, I discovered Pranic Healing during a transformative period of my life. The loss of my sister, the trauma of the Grenfell Tower fire near my office, and supporting my son through challenges with his mental health led me to seek new ways to cope and thrive. Attending a Pranic Healing seminar was a turning point. The tangible, immediate benefits helped me heal from grief and build the strength to navigate life’s challenges. This journey not only improved my well-being but also helped my son flourish into the confident individual he is today.
The techniques I’ve learned and practiced have enabled me to overcome limiting beliefs, unlock my potential, and lead a more fulfilling life. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these transformative tools with others.
With a professional background spanning film production, crew management, and working alongside renowned designer Celia Birtwell CBE, I understand the high-pressure demands of the dynamic workplace. Burnout and stress are universal challenges, and I believe the accessible techniques of Pranic Healing can significantly improve well-being in any individual and workplace. As a Pranic Healing therapist, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse fields, including entertainment professionals, corporate leaders, and private clients of all ages, witnessing remarkable results across the board.
